A lot of it is just consideration and common sense. You don’t throw stuff at people, period,” Wausau Mayor Robert Mielke told Minnesota station WCCO when news of the ordinance went viral....

A day after Bernard was executed in Terre Haute, Indiana, 56-year-old Louisiana trucker Alfredo Bourgeois is expected to be executed by lethal injection for murdering his 2-year-old daughter, JG, in Texas in 2002. The Department of Justice (DOJ) said Bourgeois “abused, tortured, and beat to death his young daughter.” Like Bernard, Bourgeois’ execution will take place at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute. Three more inmates are set to die just a week before Biden is expected to take office: Lisa Montgomery, the first woman on death row in 60 years, who is scheduled to die on January 12 for the 2007 kidnapping and killing of Bobbie Jo Stinnett; Cory Johnson, who was convicted for multiple murders as part of a drug gang and is slated to be executed on January 14; and Dustin John Higgs, who is scheduled to be executed on January 15 for his role in the murders of three people....

Cody and Brandi Rhodes have become the Triple H and Stephanie McMahon of AEW ever since the show debuted a few months ago and it’s time that there were some other couples to mix up the roster a little. AEW is new on the ground but there are a few stars scatted around the Independent Wrestling Scene who could be snapped up by AEW to create quite a dynamic when it comes to couples....

Darby Allin vs Cody (w/ Arn Anderson) Arn Anderson came down to the ring with Cody and he was announced as the coach of the Nightmare Family. Anderson was fired from WWE in 2019 after an incident at a live event which also led to Alicia Fox getting suspended. This was Anderson’s first appearance on AEW Dynamite although he has appeared on PPV before. Darby Allin earned this match after helping Cody see off The Butcher and The Blade....

On this week’s show, Baker was in action against Riho. To the utter shock of fans, the AEW Women’s Champion lost after being rolled up by her opponent. As expected, The Doctor was visibly distraught after her loss. Moments later, Tony Khan tweeted, writing that Riho continued her months-long winning streak on this week’s Rampage and earned a shot at Baker’s title. Henry is the latest signing made by AEW and will serve as a coach and an analyst for the promotion’s new show, Rampage. He made his first appearance for the company at AEW Double or Nothing 2021, though he didn’t say anything.
