What seems to be popping up in its place is the creation of entire game worlds that offer an infinite number of story possibilities. Elder Scrolls: Skyrim and Dragon Age 2 are two franchises that have taken a different approach. BioWare, the team behind the world of Dragon Age 2, also possesses another property of a world larger than any one narrative. That of course, is Mass Effect. Mass Effect, and its sequel Mass Effect 2 take place in a future where mankind has come into contact with a vast intergalactic community of different alien species, putting the player into the boots of a human soldier tasked with saving not only our own civilization, but those of our new allies....

Looney, the 6-9, 220-pound power forward from Milwaukee’s Hamilton High ranked by Sporting News as the No. 10 player in the Class of 2014, selected the Bruins over Duke, Florida, Michigan State, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Looney’s father said of the postponement that, “everything hadn’t been vetted and we can’t have students’ pictures in any type of publication without them signing on.” That was corroborated later in a Twitter post from Looney himself....

In a recent Sports Illustrated interview with AEW star Kenny Omega, the currently inactive wrestler shared some exciting information about AEW Fight Forever. Omega says explicitly that Rhodes is still in the game. He has not been removed. Omega says that he knows that will surprise a lot of people, which is perhaps why he decided to publicly confirm Rhodes’ inclusion ahead of any official roster reveal. The final two bouts of the card made a solid night special. In the main event, Jon Moxley and Kenny Omega provided one of the most violent affairs you will ever see, with Moxley emerging victorious. It had everything: shattered pieces of glass, barbed-wire bats, a bed of mousetraps and a bed of full-sized barbed wire. After a vicious back-and-forth battle for more than 30 minutes, Moxley won when he stripped down the ring to the plywood and planted Omega headfirst with the Paradigm Shift....

In case you didn’t know… Stephen Amell has been associated with professional wrestling for quite some time now. He has been in tag team action against and with Cody Rhodes for two different wrestling promotions. He made his singles debut at All In last year against Christopher Daniels, which he lost. But the match was well-received and was also indicative of Amell’s wrestling prowess and athletic ability. Stephen is also the star of CW’s Arrow television series which will air its eighth and final season starting in October....

Adam Page and AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will clash in the main event of the company’s Full Gear pay-per-view, which is scheduled for November 13th. The world title will be on the line when these two former tag team partners collide in this grudge match. Page earned his shot at the title by winning the Casino Ladder Match on the second anniversary edition of AEW Dynamite. WCW legend Konan recently spoke about the looming battle between Omega and Hangman Page on the latest episode of Keepin’ it 100 Official....

Revolution will be the first AEW pay-per-view without Kenny Omega on the card. After dropping the AEW World Championship to Hangman at Full Gear, Omega has been recuperating from a number of injuries off television. Friday the 13th has always been a superstitious day for some, but apparently not for AEW. Tonight’s first episode is already highly anticipated, as it will feature an IMPACT world title match between Kenny Omega and Christian Cage as well as likely a few ‘surprises’. No matter what happens in the title match or elsewhere, expect this inaugural episode to draw pretty big ratings, even considering the time slot that it’s in....

Nasty Boys’ WWE stint in the early 90s Longtime fans of the business might remember The Nasty Boys. The tag team was a popular mid-card attraction in WWE in the early 90s. Consisting of Knobbs and Jerry Sags, the team defeated The Hart Foundation at WrestleMania 7 to win the Tag Team titles. After a three-year stint, the duo were fired from the company in April 1993. It is a must-win game for Bengaluru FC if they want to keep their inter-zonal semi-final qualification hopes alive. Kanni Wignaraja, UNDP’s Asia-Pacific director, spoke at a news conference where the UNDP presented its 28-page assessment. “Afghanistan pretty much faces universal poverty by the middle of next year,” she said. “That’s where we’re heading—it’s 97-98 percent [poverty rate] no matter how you work these projections.” UNDP said that gains Afghanistan has made over the past 20 years are now at risk of being reversed, the AP said. Per capita income more than doubled, life expectancy at birth was extended, and schooling increased from six to 10 years, with hundreds of thousands of girls getting an education....

According to a report in ESPN Cricinfo, Afghanistan are scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on February 12. They will undergo a week-long training camp in Sylhet before proceeding to Chattogram for the one-day series. All the three ODIs will be played in Chattogram from February 23 to 27.
