Esteghlal (IRN) v Al Ain (UAE) Iran’s Esteghlal are up against a strong Emirati side in Al Ain in their Round of 16 clash on Monday. Esteghlal qualified as Group A runners-up while Al Ain reached this stage by winning Group C outright. Jon Moxley vs 10 AEW Dynamite kicked off with world champion Jon Moxley in action against 10, from The Dark Order. Moxley started on top and didn’t hold anything back. The champion took out weeks of frustration on Brodie Lee’s minion until a lapse of concentration from him allowed 10 to take initiative, although briefly....

The match was spectacular, as is the case most of the time when these two teams enter the ring, but their match was ruined by one particular spot which left a bitter aftertaste for fans. There was a very noticeable botch that the commentary tried to explain away but could not and that resulted in a very awkward minute for the teams. In case you didn’t know… Following his departure from WWE after WrestleMania 35, Jon Moxley made his shocking debut for All Elite Wrestling at their first-ever pay-per-view, Double or Nothing at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. The former WWE Champion attacked Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega following their grueling main event match. The very next day, Moxley was unveiled as New Japan Pro Wrestling’s newest signee, as he was revealed as ‘The Death Rider’ who had been tormenting Juice Robinson for months....

Even after being a sadistic heel in AEW, Malakai Black doesn’t actually receive a lot of heat from the live crowd. In fact, for the past few weeks, he has been vociferously cheered on by fans like a babyface. The reason behind this has to do with fans desperately wanting Black’s current rival, Cody Rhodes, to turn heel. Malakai has worked really well with Cody’s current conundrum with fans, as he stated that it was all his work to turn the loyal followers of AEW against Rhodes....

He competed in a Fatal Four Way match at the event, which also featured Hangman Page, Jungle Boy, and Jimmy Havoc. MJF insulted the live crowd before the match began, which saw all four Superstars displaying some incredible moves, The ending to the match saw Page hitting a Rite of Passage on Jimmy Havoc and pinning him to win the bout....

On the April 13th episode of Dynamite, Allin challenged Andrade to a coffin match to settle their ongoing feud. Sting’s mentee has been tangling with the Andrade Family Office. The former WWE US Champion’s split from Matt Hardy has seen Allin and Sting caught up in several multi-man matches. This week, Marq Quen and The Blade joined the contest almost as soon as the match started, unleashing a three-on-one attack on Darby....
