The segment he was referring to happened backstage ahead of Survivor Series, before Bryan’s match against The Fiend Bray Wyatt for the Universal title. The Miz, who has been at loggerheads with Bryan for a long time, was trying to convince Bryan to walk away from the match against The Fiend.

The Miz felt that The Fiend was too brutal and crazy, and tried to talk some sense into Bryan, but the former WWE Champion was not interested in listening to The Miz.
